The conversation is also stored on our servers (a random device-generated identifier, your message text, IP address and browser user-agent) so our team can review anonymous conversations and improve the products and support we offer. It is not used to build advertising profiles and it is not linked to your name unless you voluntarily provide one elsewhere in an inquiry. 5. Retention
