Test
Voltage, internal resistance, SOC and SOH within five seconds — enough to pull a suspect pack out of a string before it takes the rest down.
BM200 battery service instrument — 200W, 2–30V / 2–100Ah range, measuring voltage, internal resistance, SOC, SOH and true capacity (Ah).

The BM200 integrates battery testing, charging, discharging and maintenance in one portable instrument. A 5-second fast test reports voltage, internal resistance, SOC and SOH; a full constant-current discharge measures true capacity in Ah and records the discharge curve. Packs that have been idle or float-charged for more than six months can be run through an automatic maintenance cycle to recover active capacity. RS485 and the BM_Client application put all four modes on a PC, log one row per minute, and cascade several units so each battery in a string is measured by address.
What the instrument tells you about a pack — and how fast it tells you. A 5-second test reports voltage, internal resistance, SOC and SOH — and a full constant-current discharge measures what the pack actually holds, in Ah.

Voltage, internal resistance, SOC and SOH within five seconds — enough to pull a suspect pack out of a string before it takes the rest down.
Set the constant current and the voltage limit yourself, or let the BM200 apply defaults from the pack label. The charging curve is recorded on screen.
Set a constant discharge current and a cut-off voltage. What comes out is the true capacity in Ah — not an estimate from a voltage table.
Packs idle or float-charged for over six months run through an automatic recovery cycle that restores active capacity — and it is what makes the SOC and SOH readings exact.
The five-second test reads SOC and SOH off lookup tables, so treat it as a screen, not a verdict. Run a discharge or a maintenance cycle when the number has to be right — the BM200 is built to do both.
Short circuit, reverse or wrong connection, over voltage, over current, over load and over temperature are each watched on their own layer, so the pack under test stays protected — on the bench or in the field.
